Rob, that's selective quoting of statistics at its worst. For example:-
"94% say they spend more time on paperwork" means that at most 6% spend less, but that can be interpreted as 6% haven't noticed an increase, and 94% have.
Ok, that still means that the system is broken, but apply the rule that the percentage who haven't said that things are worse includes some who've not said it's better either (unless the full poll requires you to say that each metric is "better" or "worse", which sort of poll I loathe precisely because it doesn't offer a "much the same" option, and people tend to fill those out by alternating the most neutral better and worse options). Sorry, but this sort of abuse of statistics annoys me!!

Oh and can I have my steak rare please?

Bla Bla Bla, know whats an even worse job than primary care?? Diggin' Graves. But they never seem to have trouble gettin those Graves Dug do they?? Announce your hiring entry level Grave Diggers and there'll be a line miles long waitin to fill out W-2s. Sure, none of them will speak English, sorta like Family Practice and Psychiatry Residencies nows a days, but they'll dig those Graves like nobodys business.
