With the note that I'm specifically including Dr Rob here, you'll mostly be able to guess who you are folks! I hope you appreciate the "view from across the Pond". Given the differences in how we fund healthcare, it's amazing just how many similarites I find in the issues facing the systems, particularly in PHC. I’m not worthy, I’m not worthy! ;)

I hope you appreciate the “view from across the Pond”. Given the differences in how we fund healthcare, it’s amazing just how many similarites I find in the issues facing the systems, particularly in PHC.
