		<description>I know about these programs, and here are the reasons they are not worthwhile:
1.  They are run by the companies who most benefit from denials
2.  They are distrusted by physicians and patients, and so efforts to change behavior are not taken well.
3.  They use claims data which is inaccurate and after the fact.
