I'm an office manager of a private pediatric clinic and also handle billing for a hospitalist for the local hospital... (Wife is the pediatrician and the husband is the hospitalist). So I hear A LOT about the Medicare issues and whether we should opt in/opt out for Medicaid for the pediatric side... I am curious to know and to pick your brain about "divorcing patients." Very interesting points!
