Grand Rounds is a big event, and I have gathered together a star-studded line-up. Do not submit any more posts, however, or you will be forced to go onto Dr. Phil to explain why you are such a dead-beat. You don’t want that. Obviously, with such a gathering, you don’t want to miss it.
